Job Description

Antidote’s locations in Miamiare seeking Fitness Instructors. Our Instructors work directly with our members in a group setting to provide a 55 minute curated, high intensity workout. We are committed to motivating our members to change their lives for the better, both inside and outside of the studio. The position entails the following responsibilities. This is not a complete description, and certain responsibilities may additionally be presented along the course of employment:

  • Deliver the Antidote Experience to our members in each class
  • Comply with the description of the class while demonstrating proper form and modifying the intensity for participants when necessary
  • Ensure class begins and ends on time
  • Teach respective classes on a regular basis and schedule own substitutes
  • Communicate with Studio Manager on member feedback, equipment and operational status, scheduling, and subbing


The successful candidate should have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Have experience teaching Group Fitness classes
  • Be well-versed in basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, exercise modifications for all populations and ACSM Guidelines for frequency, intensity, duration, and mode
  • Be eager to learn and continue professional development and education
  • Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing
  • Must have access to regular email and phone communication
