Aspire Boot Camp

We’re about empowering people, inspiring them to stay committed to their fitness and weight loss goals through community, support and a little sweat (ok a lot!) On a broader perspective we’re about changing lives, not just those of our clients but yours too!

We’re presently hiring Personal Trainers to grow with our company!

The right person for this position will be a self-starter as you will spend a large part of your time working on your own. Working hours per day will be around 5 hours, with 2-3 hours leading sessions and some work off-site/from home may be possible.

Your primary activity will be coaching boot camp sessions and follow up using multiple mediums (text, email, phone, Facebook).

You will always have support but the right person is someone that can shift from task to task quickly, prioritize well, always meet deadlines and basically thrive in a little chaos.

The right person will be very comfortable with technology, you’ll be using a great deal of Google products (Gmail, Drive, Docs) and should be familiar with many of their features.

Being a fitness enthusiast is a must!

Though your primary function will be leading and coaching boot camp sessions, you will also need to provide client accountability and frequent follow-ups, manage client documentation, and provide ongoing client service.

It’s expected that you will take initiative to solve problems or present possible solutions without direction, you will have direct access to a team and your leaders for support, your opinions are very valuable and will be asked for in how to improve processes, but other times you will need to be willing to accept that it needs to be done a specific way without question.

You will spend your day:

  • Leading and coaching 4-5 sessions
  • Managing multiple contact streams (email, text messages, CRM, social media)
  • Interacting with current clients assisting with nutrition questions, progress tracking and follow-up
  • Having fun and changing the world!
