  • Our team. The outstanding service experience and fresh food we serve our guests begins with a fun and encouraging work environment. We are busy, (but that only makes the day go by quickly!), and we take pride in giving our guests such a great experience. Most of our employees at Chick-fil-A Quakertown would agree that one of the best parts of the job is the long term relationships they build with the other managers and employees.
  • Our compensation package. We are aggressive with our starting wage and benefits package. We

believe in setting our employees up for success in a fun, healthy work environment and with a competitive compensation package.

  • Our training program. We provide excellent training so you can be confident in your position and the expectations. Training our employees in multiple positions from Day 1 ensures that you understand every aspect of the business.
