We are seeking a developed leader to support the business by communicating, tracking, training, and coaching
all Team Members on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. The Restaurant Manager will serve
on our senior leadership team and report to the Owner/Operator, and oversees employees in the continual
pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture. Restaurant Manager is in constant
contact with the leadership team and Owner/Operator, and is responsible for the overall flow of the
restaurant.


Pay Type:
$41,000+ for Full-Time


Position Type:
Full-Time at approximately 45 hours per week, or Part-Time

Requirements:

  • Experience as a leader in the customer service and/or production environment
  • Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team
  • Basic computer competency
  • Experience as a trainer preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining a remarkable guest experience in the restaurant during all hours of

operation

  • Ensures that the cleanliness of the facility, the quality of food served, and the quality of the service

provided exceeds guest expectations

  • Coaches and mentors team members and restaurant leaders so that every team member is prepared

and equipped to provide a remarkable guest experience

  • Responsible for the implementation of all policies of the employee handbook
  • Provides timely feedback and discipline and document all disciplinary and feedback measures
  • Organizes tasks and position team members for success throughout the day part
  • Continuously reinvents processes and procedures with the aim of increasing efficiency, reducing waste,

controlling food and paper costs, and improving the guest experience

  • Monitors all time punches to control labor cost and oversee completion of all breaks according to state

and federal regulations

  • Responsible for all cash management on the shift and is answerable for all shortages/overages that

may occur

  • Conducts interviews as necessary, assists with recruiting and developing future Team Members and

Leaders, and manages staffing levels

  • Utilizes contests to drive incremental sales and build team morale
  • Oversees inventory management, ordering, and facilities maintenance
  • Oversees opening and/or closing of restaurant and security
  • Ensures all food safety measures are enforced
