Chick-fil-A Rocky River is seeking business professionals & developed leaders to support the business by communicating, tracking, training, and coaching all team members on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. Trainer Directors exhibit and teach passionate, friendly, and genuine customer service. The Training Director must become a professional in each position to demonstrate the “Chick-fil-A way” of completing every task. The Training Director will continuously work with the team in the continual pursuit of Operational Excellence while creating a positive work culture.

Pay Type: $14.00/hr

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a leader in the customer service and/or production environment
  • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments as part of a team
  • Basic computer competency

Responsibilities:

  • Develops Team Members & Trainers through a training program and coaching
  • Oversees & delegates tasks to Trainers
  • Conducts assessments & evaluations of team members
  • Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to Owner/Operator for appropriate handling
  • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect, while providing them with direction and feedback
  • Serves as subject matter expert to team members for ongoing hospitality and service support
  • Leads all aspects of quality guest relations, ensuring that 2nd Mile Service is delivered at all times
  • Complete understanding of all positions in both the front and back of the store
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
