We are seeking a Kitchen / Production Director to support the business by communicating, tracking, training, and coaching all Kitchen Team Members on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. Kitchen Director will assist in overseeing employees in the continual pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture in the kitchen. Kitchen Director must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. Kitchen Director reports to the Owner/Operator and serves alongside the other executive directors, and is responsible for running shifts and overseeing Assistant Managers and Kitchen Team Leaders in the kitchen.


Pay Type: Starting at $20/hr

Works with executive team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels

Ensures that the shifts are running smoothly in the kitchen

Trains new Kitchen Team Members and follows up to ensure they’re equipped for success

Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while handling coaching conversations and providing them with direction and feedback

Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing kitchen support

Responsible for inventory and facilities management

Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store

Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds

Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures

Required Skills:
Must be an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder

Must have prior Chick-fil-A experience

Experience as a leader, preferably in a kitchen or production environment
