In an industry saturated with mediocrity, we strive to set a higher bar for our members.

We are seeking an experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our deep-rooted community for coaching classes early morning or after 4PM.

  • The ideal candidate must be passionate about fitness, nutrition and the motivating people to better versions of themselves.
  • The candidate must also have the desire to continue to grow and learn through advanced certifications, videos, books, blogs or anything related to fitness and nutrition as well as the desire to fully invest into our community.
  • This position is part-time with a combination of coaching regular strength and conditioning classes as well as PT opportunities, and more.
  • Regardless of your experience level, we will provide the tools and resources needed to continue to excel and evolve through compensation for continuing education and more.

Required Qualifications:

– Current personal training certifications preferably USAW, CSCS, Crossfit L1or L2

Ability to coach after 4 PM on weekdays

– Abilify to coach early mornings on weekdays

Minimum 1-year experience coaching large group classes.

– Must be proficient in Olympic lifting, gymnastics movements, and other movements. Must be able to both teach and perform movements efficiently.

– Ability to interact and engage in classes, in other words, be a leader and a people person. Provide members with an unbeatable and motivating experience.

– Live the lifestyle you preach to others. Train often and be a positive role model to members.

– Strong communication and organizational skills.

– Must attend bi-monthly staff development meetings.

– CPR Certified (or obtain within 60 days)

– Most importantly, have fun!

What to Expect:

– Part-time hours

– Coach group classes

– Perform Intro & Personal Training Sessions

– Follow up/ manage clients as needed

– We are big on community. Must be able to attend, assist and help promote events and gatherings as needed.

Salary: $8.00 – $45.00/hr
