This role specializes in the development, coordination, validation, and implementation of selection, assessment and survey tools to evaluate and/or select job candidates, high potential employees, leadership, and assess role readiness (e.g. expatriate assignments). The incumbent will also be responsible to provide data driven recommendations for advancing projects focused on selection, assessment, development for talent development, leadership development, workforce analytics, succession planning, career frameworks, and interventions to improve organizational effectiveness. Manages multiple vendor relationships and develops exceptional relationships and strong lines of communication across all stakeholders and the HR function to allow for effective, on-going collaboration. Displays a strong work ethic and willingness to provide coaching to HR Solutions employees and leaders with the best in class tools. Individual will also be accountable to develop KPIs and ROI Metrics for effectiveness of assessment tools.
Supports the selection, design and launch of best-in-class selection & assessment tools (interviews, tests, and job simulations, high potential selection, leadership, function specific selection tools, etc.) and processes to help fuel our business with highly talented associates.
Candidate assessment / selection guide (including but not limited to interview guides, assessment center activities).
Partners with internal stakeholders to conduct needs assessment and determine appropriate cadence for assessment needs.
Designs and project manages the rollout of assessment tools and engagement surveys.
Oversees vendor’s validation research for all assessments, including statistical analysis and legal compliance components.
Interprets and critiques statistical and technical reports and analyses.
Trains end users on new assessment tools, surveys and processes; Builds and delivers train-the-trainer materials as needed.
Designs and conducts requests for proposals for vendor tools; supports vendor management.
Creates custom surveys and analyze, present results.
Supports partnerships of integrating assessment tools into other technology platforms and prepares statistical data to be accessible by the stakeholders and end users.
Refines tools and processes over time.
Stays up-to-date on trends and advancements in assessment and measurement research, occupational and labor market data.
Validation of assessment tools and how they measure what it is expected to measure.
Develops support materials to interpret assessment tools for talent and leadership selection and development strategies.
Debriefs assessments as part of high potential programs.
Displays a strong work ethic and willingness to provide top-notch customer service.
Monitors effectiveness and fairness of selection, assessment procedures through utility and adverse impact analyses.
Gathers, prepares, compiles, reviews and maintains important personnel information reports and dashboards.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Statistics, or Related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development focused work including selection assessment development, validation and implementation (job analysis, item writing, validation, scoring, adverse impact analysis) is required.
Proficiency with SPSS or other Statistical Packages, and Microsoft Office, Managing large data sets in Excel.
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Master’s degree or PhD in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Statistics, or Related field is preferred.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws, data privacy regulations, and impact of cultural differences in assessments and surveys.
Ability to interact with HR leadership, business partners, and other stakeholders to recommend, interpret, and support existing policies, methods and procedures related to talent assessments.
Strong research, data analysis, oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills are critical.
Ability to manage large-scale global assessment programs for frontline employees as well as adapts off-the-shelf assessment solutions for low-volume corporate positions.
Ability to manage relationships with external assessment vendors and consultants on assessment projects.
Ability to present and communicate effectively at all employee levels (including upwards).
Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure to tight deadlines, budgets and targets with accuracy.
Strong work ethic and willingness to provide top-notch customer service.
Strong quantitative, analytical and psychometric abilities.
