Job Description

Roles: Provide High Energy coaching and training to Knockout Fitness members.

Assist in…retention of existing clients through amazing customer service and generating new leads off the offers currently ongoing

…promotion of all internal offers (Internal specialty programs) and internal events held by the business by announcing them with the intention of getting clients excited before AND after every session, not done as an afterthought.

…retaining and appreciating customers through handwritten cards to trainer’s specific monthly block of clients and generating new leads off the offers contained within the card

…Keeping a spotless facility (training floor & bathrooms)

Requirements: Must be high energy. Must not be selfish or self-centered. Must be a team player. Must understand that this is a business and in order to help people and provide for all employees, it must be profitable. Must have sales aptitude (meaning not afraid to ask clients to do things). Must LOVE appreciating members and giving them an amazing experience to actually retain them and keep them coming back. Must give EXCEPTIONAL service. Must greet all clients BY NAME within 10 sec of walking into the facility.

Responsibilities: Beginning of Shift. Always know daily workout prior to shift start. Always have workout displayed on TV prior to clients arriving. Greet members with a smile emphatically within 10 sec of walking in the door (like Cheers where everybody knows your name) : ) Write hand-written cards for the week. Must read over internal promotions of the week so it sounds smooth when presenting it to the clients. Spot check the facility to make sure nothing is out of place During Sessions. Never be on your cell phone. You should sweat from motion. Demonstrate all exercises prior to having anyone starting. Try and engage with every member as many times as possible. Never sit down. Do not carry items (shaker, water bottle, etc.) with you while you coach Do not stay in one spot, constantly pace the room. Show don’t tell. Demonstrate when someone is having issues. If giving physical cues, ask if you can touch the client, and always use knuckles outwards
