The ideal candidate is experienced in a fast paced work environment, pays close attention to detail, and has the ability to multi task. HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Computer skills
  • Experience talking over the phone
  • 1-3 years customer service experience
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Valid driver’s license

Experienced preferred (not required)

  • 2-5 plus years of customer service experience
  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with a customer database
