As a New Account Representative within MaidPro’s National Sales Center, you’ll be the first experience a potential customer has with MaidPro.This position entails taking inbound phone and web inquiries about our cleaning services throughout the US and Canada. We respond to inbound phone and web inquiries in a fun, helpful, and courteous manner via phone and email communications while working with local franchisees to schedule new clients. There’s never any cold calling!

- 2+ years of previous sales and/or customer service experience
- Previous phone experience is a plus
- Ability to multi-task (talking and typing with attention to details)
- Strong computer skills
