Enthusiastic, skilled, and inspiring individuals with a passion for fitness and drive to lead. Must be responsible, task management oriented and have the ability to empathize and problem solve for others. You will oversee your training staff and ensure they competently coach clients through properly executed programming systems tailored to their ability level. Discuss their fitness goals, FMS strategies and develop an exercise plan to help them meet those needs. When necessary, you will also advise the client on healthy food choices and how to monitor, what and how often they eat. Must have a positive and encouraging attitude to motivate clients to reach their fitness goals, a hunger for continued education and the ability to empathize and problem solve. Sales experience preferred but not required.

Personal Training Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consulting and communicating with current gym members and clients
  • Selling and on boarding prospect members into the training program
  • Managing training staff and continued operation of training program
  • Maintaining various computer programs and financial tracking
  • Executing phone calls and communications with current clients and prospect members
  • Maintaining and rectifying client accounts
  • Interpret and execute Live Programming System
  • Ability to accurately assess client measurements and FMS
  • Evaluate client fitness level and skill set to plan reachable goals
  • Monitor client through strength training and various fitness programs, ensuring proper form and safety
  • Coach and educate clients on diet, nutrition, and exercise
  • Chart and track client progress
  • Adjust client personalized plans as goals are reached
  • Follow all health and safety regulations when working with equipment
  • Will be required to physically lift, move, adjust free weights within the gym accordingly to meet specific client needs

Personal Training sales manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Management and sales experience preferred
  • First aid and CPR training and certification preferred but can be provided
  • National Accredited Professional Personal Trainer certification preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work one or more; early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • *We can provide the means to obtain all required education, CPT, CEC’s, CPR & AED*
  • Meet & Greet Clients – Manage their sessions – Track Progress.
  • Club cleaning duties
  • Attending weekly meetings
  • Monthly evaluation and audits
  • Complete monthly internal certifications
  • Being flexible to change

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $48,000.00 per year
